For many women, the thought of joining a gym is intimidating and a big financial commitment that a lot of families just can't afford.
This is why we offer a non commitment membership. The only commitment our ladies make is to themselves.
For some, this is life changing and exciting. Many have never experienced the benefits of outdoor training and are amazed at how much fun they can have while keeping fit, toned and well.
There is a lot of variety in the sessions, divided into 4 sections;
Starting with a warm up, a circuit involving weight and resistance exercises, boxing for cardio and toning and a relaxing cool down.
Each session lasts for 60min in total.
We vary every session to keep it interesting using minimal equipment and the surrounding environment; benches, fences, picnic tables.
